Les Veils vers le changement...

Alors que des rumeurs circulaient ces derniers temps sur le futur des Veils, une annonce effectuée sur le site officiel du groupe met finalement les choses au point : Finn Andrews, leader de la formation, a confirmé que le travail sur le second album du groupe avait débuté... mais sans les 3 autres membres de la formation, tous définitivement écartés du groupe. Voilà le communiqué dans son intégralité :

" Sorry to have kept you all waiting like this, we wanted to get things clear before we announced anything and now it seems you've worked it out for yourselves anyway. I am currently back in Devonport attempting to begin work on a second record, but as your posts have already revealed I am to continue on without Ben, Adam & Oli. It is hard to explain, I'm sure you will all understand just how complicated things like this really are and how little I am able to divulge. The decision is mutual, and of little suprise to those concerned. I am sorry for those of you that see this as an untimely end or some such thing, but believe me when I say that we had created all we could together at this time and that some wells just simply run dry. Our touring schedule over the past years has done little but intensify these feelings, and there really was no way of carrying on in the way we had become accustomed. THE VEILS will continue, but there are to be some rather drastic changes. We must make things as terrifying and exciting as we can."
